Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Business Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions aligned with business strategy. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring scalable and effective Salesforce architecture across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities: – Define and own the Salesforce architecture strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives. – Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. – Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce modules. – Provide guidance on integration strategies, data modeling, security, and governance across Salesforce applications. – Evaluate new Salesforce features, releases, and third-party applications to enhance platform capabilities. – Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, and other IT teams to ensure solution delivery aligns with architecture standards. – Lead solution design workshops and provide business and technical leadership to project teams. – Ensure adherence to best practices, compliance, and scalability for enterprise Salesforce implementations. – Mentor and guide Salesforce teams on architecture patterns, technical design, and business process optimization. – Collaborate with senior leadership to align Salesforce initiatives with business goals and transformation programs. Required Skills & Qualifications: – 12+ years of IT experience, with 5–7 years in Salesforce architecture or solution design. – Deep expertise in Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ. – Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, APIs, and data architecture. – Experience in enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations and large transformation programs. – Strong business process knowledge in Sales, Service, Marketing, and CRM domains. – Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. – Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. – Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect preferred. – Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and guiding technical teams.
