• Hands on experience in ServiceNow including integrated risk management solutions and components,
• Experience in ServiceNow configuration, workflows, scripting, Ul policies, ACLs, and CmDB,
• Experience in programming languages: JavaScript, xml, jelly scripting, Angular JS, a basic understanding of GRC IRM industry trends
