- 15+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and architecture.
- Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or SecOps modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, and integrations.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and third-party integrations.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
- Experience in enterprise architecture and cloud-based environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
