· Process Consultant to work with business and IT stakeholders to document end-to-end processes for ServiceNow modules (ITSM, SAM, GRC etc.)
· Conduct workshops with business and IT teams to capture current-state processes for ITSM, SAM, and GRC
· Define future-state processes aligned with ServiceNow capabilities and ITIL best practices.
· Create BPMN diagrams, SOPs, RACI matrices, and process playbooks for ServiceNow modules
· Map current-state workflows, user journeys, and value streams
· Facilitate workshops to elicit requirements, policies, and pain points.
· Design future-state processes aligned to business outcomes, controls, and SLAs
- Establish process controls, KPIs, and compliance checkpoints.
- Perform gap analysis, root cause analysis, and document opportunities
- IT process consulting with ServiceNow focus
- Strong knowledge of ITIL v4 and ServiceNow best practices
- Hands-on experience with ITSM, SAM, and GRC workflows
