Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD (Product Engineer / Architect )
Location: New Jersey – Remote(But prefer EST or CST-based candidates (not West Coast))
ServiceNow HRSD = HR Service Delivery is needed
For the ServiceNow role, it is a technical role – dev and platform architecture
Required:
• BA/BS required and degree in STEM field preferred
• 6+ years of relevant technology experience
• Demonstrated experience as a technical product owner, architect, or administrator of an ITSM platform.
• Demonstrated experience balancing business needs with customization controls and speed/scale.
• Experience with a modern object-oriented programming language (e.g., JavaScript).
• Experience working in and/or leading Product, Agile, and Scrum teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively in both 1-1 and large group settings.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
