Must Have Skills:

• Skill 1: ServiceNow HRSD (Config & Architecture) – 2+ yrs
• Skill 2: UAT & Hypercare Support – 2+ yrs
• Skill 3: User Stories / Epics / Acceptance Criteria – 3+ yrs
• Skill 4: ServiceNow Admin Cert (HRSD Impl preferred) – Must

Certifications (MUST):

• ServiceNow System Admin certification (must)
• HRSD Implementation certification (preferred)
• Hands-on experience in HRSD configurations (must)
