Project Description - Responsible for supporting OIT’s ServiceNow instance, including keeping the environment up to date including upgrades and patches.
- Responsible for managing and prioritizing the ServiceNow team’s backlog of items in the following areas of responsibility: ITSM (incidents, problems, changes, catalog items, etc.), Discovery, GRC, Service Portal, Integrations, workflows, SLA, and Asset & Configuration management.
Skills Required - JavaScript programming HTML and CSS Jelly scripting ServiceNow API development Custom application design and development
Skills Preferred - ServiceNow Discover Certification ServiceNow Administration Certification Database design and development
Experience Required - 5-7 years’ experience in ServiceNow administration and development
Education Required - Bachelor’s Degree, or technical institute degree/certificate. Or equivalent work experience
