Job Description:
Overall, 8+ years of enterprise level application design and architecture experience
6-8 years of experience as* ServiceNow developer* and implementation specialist
3 years (Minimum) of experience in CSM module of ServiceNow
4 (Minimum) years of experience in building & maintaining REST APIs
Lead and deliver requirements, scoping and design workshops, ensuring requirements are well documented
Ability to develop high level design documents addressing the business, infrastructure, security, support and operational needs of a solution.
