Duration : Contract
Role Description:
• Develops and manages service portal and catalog items
• Develops business rule workflow customizations in ServiceNow
• Establishes and manages system integrations in ServiceNow
• Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced java scripting of each
• Successfully plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all technical tasks related to configuration and implementation of Service Catalog and related integrations
• Provide software coding and customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow, administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third party software integrations and custom application development
• Create technical implementation requirement/documentation as needed
Competencies: Digital : Ansible, Digital: Terraform, Digital : ServiceNow_IT Service Management, ServiceNow_ ITAM (IT Asset Management)

• Responsible for researching, planning, coordinating and delivering solutions for the ServiceNow platform
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide best practice advice on how to enhance the ServiceNow implementation
• Establishes and manages system integrations in ServiceNow
• Experience with Ansible, Powershell, Terraform, Cloud Formation and/or Python
• Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced java scripting of each
• Researches and applies available ServiceNow hotfixes, patches and upgrades while ensuring configurations and customizations function as expected
• Manage incidents/problems related to the ServiceNow platform
Develops and manages service portal and catalog items
• Develop and manage operational metrics reporting and dashboards
• Experience with Performance Analytics, Service Portal and custom integrations
• Ensures that service requests for new users, reports and other requests related to ServiceNow work are prioritized and completed
• Develops business rule workflow customizations in ServiceNow
• Identifies, analyzes and resolves data and system issues of intermediate complexity.
• Successfully plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all technical tasks related to configuration and implementation of all aspects of the ServiceNow platform
• Provide software coding and customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow, administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third party software integrations and custom application development
• Update and maintain a comprehensive testing protocol for ServiceNow instance upgrades with the purpose of certifying all applications for use after the upgrade completes
• Coordinate and solve complex technical data and transformation issues.,
• Obtain and analyze/interpret business requirements to purpose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow
• Answer technical and application configuration questions
• Develop, maintain, and execute reports to ensure system operation meets performance targets
• Create and maintain system design and operations documentation., Complete other duties as assignee
• Create technical implementation requirements
• Work with support team to ensure documented technical process and procedures follow ServiceNow best practice guidance and are in alignment with standards
• Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications
• Provide on-call 24/7 Incident Response as required
• Develops, validates and executes comprehensive test plans.
• A minimum of 5-6 years of hands on experience.
