We're seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow CTA to lead complex implementation projects, design scalable solutions, and drive innovation. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of ServiceNow experience, proven technical expertise, and strong communication skills.
## Responsibilities:
– Design and implement ServiceNow solutions for clients
– Lead project teams and provide technical guidance
– Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and architectures
– Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions – Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices and new technologies
## Requirements:
– ServiceNow CTA certification
– 10-15+ years of ServiceNow experience
– Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, modules, and integrations
– Excellent communication and project management skills
– Experience with ITIL and Agile methodologies
## Preferred Qualifications:
– ITIL certification
– Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM)
– Knowledge of cloud technologies and integrations
– Telco domain experience preferred
