Role – ServiceNow Business Analyst
Location: Philadelphia (on-site)
Contract
Role Summary:
ServiceNow Business Analyst to gather business requirements, translate them into ServiceNow solutions, and support platform implementations and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Work with stakeholders to design ServiceNow workflows and processes
- Create user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and process flows
- Support ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM – as applicable)
- Coordinate with developers, testers, and product owners
- Support UAT, defect tracking, and production rollout
Required Skills:
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst on ServiceNow platform
- Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have:
- ServiceNow CSA / CIS certification
- Experience with integrations and reporting
Mandatory Skills: ServiceNow – SaaS .
