1. ServiceNow Security & Compliance Solution Architect

Responsibilities:

Leads the ServiceNow implementation for both Security Operations (SecOps) and GRC, ensuring compliance workflows align with FedRAMP requirements.

Skillset:

• Expertise in ServiceNow SecOps (IRM, VR, Security Incident Response) and GRC.
• Ability to integrate network and security tooling with ServiceNow for automated compliance tracking.
• Understands catalog-driven fulfillment processes for infrastructure and security components.

2. FedRAMP Compliance Lead

Responsibilities:

Bridges the gap between FedRAMP audit requirements and ServiceNow implementation, ensuring VGC controls are mapped effectively to FedRAMP mandates.

Skillset:

• Strong understanding of FedRAMP High requirements and how to operationalize compliance within ServiceNow.
• Experience aligning audit artifacts, policies, and technical controls with automation tools.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable security and compliance workflows.
