Job Description
We are seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect with deep expertise in CRM-related solutions, including Lead to Order, Customer Service, and Employee Experience.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across ServiceNow modules such as SOM/CRM, CSM, HRSD, and FSM, and hold relevant ServiceNow certifications. This role requires strong solution design skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to align platform capabilities with business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Design and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions across CRM and employee experience domains. Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
Provide technical leadership and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices. Stay current with platform capabilities and guide strategic platform adoption.
**Qualifications:**
7+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture.
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SOM/CRM, CSM, HRSD, FSM. ServiceNow Certified (CSA, CIS, or equivalent).
Proven experience in Lead to Order and Customer/Employee Experience solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
