Title: ServiceNow Application Support Analyst

New York City Health + Hospitals (HHC), the largest public health care system in the United States, is seeking a skilled Enterprise Application Support (Level 2) professional to join our team at 50 Water Street, New York, NY. This role is critical in ensuring the stability and performance of our clinical, business, financial, and infrastructure applications that support the city’s healthcare operations.
About the Role
As an Enterprise Application Support Level 2, you will:
- Provide technical and application support across multiple domains (Clinical, Business, Financial, Infrastructure).
- Troubleshoot, document, and resolve escalated application issues while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Configure and implement Nuvolo modules on the ServiceNow platform, including Asset Management and CMDB.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design workflows, and optimize system performance.
- Lead and supervise support staff, coordinate departmental activities, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT systems/application support.
- 5 years of supervisory experience in operations-focused roles.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, communications, and application troubleshooting.
- Experience with ServiceNow/Nuvolo configuration, integrations, and workflow automation is highly desirable.
