Position: Senior SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Lead

Location: New Jersey, NJ (Onsite)

Duration: 6+ months

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and Certified Senior SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developer to design, implement, and support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in SailPoint IIQ, strong development skills, and experience delivering scalable IAM solutions in large, complex organizations.

Key Responsibilities

•       Lead the development, and deployment of SailPoint IIQ solutions (lifecycle management, provisioning, certification, access request, policy enforcement).

•       Develop and maintain connectors, workflows, rules, forms, and policies within SailPoint IIQ.

•       Implement role-based access control (RBAC), attribute-based access control (ABAC), and access certifications.

• Integrate IIQ with target systems (Active Directory, LDAP, databases, SaaS applications, and custom apps).

•       Collaborate with IAM architects, business analysts, and security teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.

•       Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing SailPoint IIQ implementations.

•       Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.

• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and governance requirements in all IAM solutions.

Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
