Overview
We’re seeking a senior-level Oracle APEX engineer to design, develop, secure, and deploy modular, responsive applications. The role emphasizes secure PL/SQL/APEX development, database performance/scalability, and production-grade integrations—including SSO with Entra ID (Azure AD) and OCID. Experience guiding standards, knowledge transfer, reusable design, and GitHub/GitOps workflows is essential.

Core Qualifications
• 6+ years enterprise Oracle APEX development
• Expert SQL/PL/SQL with secure, performant coding practices
• Oracle Database 12c/19c+
• Advanced APEX: Interactive Grids, REST-enabled SQL, dynamic actions, plug-ins, responsive UI, JS integration • Integrations: RESTful services, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript • Security-first mindset: app security, encryption, compliance practices • Proven SSO integrations (Entra ID/Azure AD)
• High proficiency with GitHub, GitOps, DevOps automation
• Excellent stakeholder communication for iterative delivery

Preferred Skills
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), ideally ExaCC
• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub-driven)
• Enterprise performance tuning for APEX
• Custom APEX plug-ins; Oracle BI Publisher or Oracle Analytics Cloud • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (CIPA, FERPA, HIPAA)
