Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong background in both frontend and backend development. This role is critical for developing scalable, high-performance applications in a healthcare/pharmacy benefit management (PBM) environment. Candidates must have extensive experience in Angular (v8+), Java with Spring Boot, and DevOps practices.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Angular 8+ with NgRx – 3+ years
  • Java and Spring Boot – 8+ years
  • RESTful Web Services – Proven experience
  • DevOps Experience – Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines
  • Database Experience – Oracle, PostgreSQL
  • Cloud Deployment Exposure – Kubernetes, PCF, GCP, Azure, or AWS
  • Agile Methodologies – XP, Scrum, etc.
  • TDD Practices – Backend and Frontend unit testing
  • Feature Ownership – Ability to lead and deliver complex feature tracks
  • Mentorship – Ability to guide junior and mid-level engineers
  • Communication – Strong verbal and written skills
  • Tools Experience – Pivotal Tracker, JIRA, Rally

 

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) Industry Experience – Preferred
  • Exposure to microservices architecture
