About the Role
We are looking for exceptional engineers who operate at a Tesla‑grade level — demonstrating deep technical mastery, rapid problem solving, product thinking, and the ability to deliver in high‑stakes environments.
Core Tech Stack (Expanded)
React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), Next.js, Redux Toolkit/Zustand/Recoil, Webpack/Vite/Rollup, Storybook, Jest/RTL/Cypress, Tailwind/CSS-in-JS, REST/GraphQL APIs, Node.js fundamentals, Express/NestJS (good to have), Docker, Git, Git branching strategies, ESLint/Prettier, Browser performance profiling tools, Responsive design & Accessibility (WCAG).
Cloud & DevOps Expertise
AWS (Lambda, S3, CloudFront, API Gateway), CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps), monitoring/logging tools (Datadog, New Relic, OpenTelemetry), containerization basics (Docker).
System Design & Architecture
High-level architecture, scalable UI architectures, API design, micro-frontends, caching strategy, async flows, distributed system awareness, non-functional requirements including scalability, performance, resilience, fault tolerance, and security.
Real‑World Product Depth
Ownership of end‑to‑end deliverables, real contribution evidence, decision-making clarity, understanding tooling choices, trade-offs, debugging complex issues, and ability to walk through real project code.
Behavioral Expectations
Bias for action, ownership mindset, calm under pressure, depth over buzzwords, clear communication, growth mindset, collaboration-first behavior, client-ready communication.
Additional Requirements
Ability to work onsite if required, complete coding without AI tools, strong hands-on engineering capability, environment readiness (VS Code, Node.js, NPM).
