Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Developer with strong NetSuite, Supply Chain, and AI/ML experience to lead technical initiatives across ERP workflows, warehouse operations, and AI-driven automation.
This role will focus on enhancing NetSuite ERP capabilities, optimizing warehouse management systems (WMS), integrating enterprise platforms, and developing AI-based forecasting and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and sales enablement. The ideal candidate will have experience with NetSuite customization, supply chain systems, cloud platforms, and AI/ML development, along with strong technical leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
NetSuite & ERP Development
- Customize and maintain NetSuite workflows for sales, procurement, inventory, and intercompany transactions.
- Develop and maintain SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and NetSuite integrations.
- Support implementation and enhancement of NetSuite WMS capabilities.
- Document business requirements and map them to standard NetSuite functionality.
Systems Integration & Data Engineering
- Integrate NetSuite with external systems such as Odoo, BigQuery, DDP, and Orderful.
- Build and maintain real-time data pipelines for reporting and analytics.
- Ensure high data integrity, reliability, and low-latency synchronization across systems.
AI / Machine Learning Solutions
- Develop and refine AI models for demand forecasting, order prediction, and inventory optimization.
- Implement LLM and Generative AI tools to support business automation and decision-making.
- Integrate AI-driven insights into sales workflows and operational systems.
Warehouse & Supply Chain Optimization
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to improve picking, packing, and shipping workflows.
- Enhance inventory visibility dashboards and cross-sell recommendation tools for sales teams.
- Implement automation solutions using RPA tools to streamline operational tasks.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with NetSuite development (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, integrations).
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain or warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Proficiency in Python for AI/ML development and automation.
- Experience with Java-based distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure.
- Knowledge of data pipelines, system integrations, and API development.
- Familiarity with RPA tools and automation frameworks.
- Experience with AI-based demand forecasting or predictive analytics.
- Exposure to virtual inventory systems or contract manufacturing environments.
