Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst with strong expertise in data mining and Tableau to join our team in an on-site capacity. The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, advanced SQL, Tableau dashboard development, and Databricks. Experience in the semiconductor industry is highly preferred. This role requires strong analytical thinking, technical proficiency, and excellent communication skills to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced data mining and exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
- Utilize Databricks for data processing, transformation, and analytics workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and leadership to understand business requirements.
- Translate business needs into analytical solutions and present findings to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms.
- Support decision-making through data-driven recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· 8–12 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles.
- Strong expertise in SQL for complex data querying and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau (dashboard design, data modeling, calculated fields, performance tuning).
- Working knowledge of Databricks and large-scale data processing environments.
- Strong data mining and statistical analysis skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry preferred.
