📌 Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in TANS (Texas Automated Nutrition System). The ideal candidate will have deep experience working with public sector systems, especially in nutrition or social services programs, and will play a key role in gathering requirements, system analysis, and supporting large-scale implementations.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Analyze and document business requirements for TANS and related systems

Work closely with stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams to deliver system enhancements

Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications

Support system integrations, data analysis, and reporting requirements

Participate in system testing (SIT/UAT) and validation processes

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for nutrition programs

Provide production support and troubleshoot system issues

✅ Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst

Strong experience with TANS (Texas Automated Nutrition System)

Experience working with State/Government or Public Sector projects

Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication

Experience with data analysis and system workflows

Ability to work in hybrid/on-site environments in Texas

Experience with health & human services systems

Knowledge of SNAP, WIC, or other nutrition assistance programs

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or data visualization
