Must-Have Skills:

9+ years as a Business Analyst and Agile Product Owner in software development projects
Proven experience with Agile methodology, business analysis, and technical documentation
Hands-on experience with Medicaid systems, claims processing, and tools like Microsoft Office, Project, and testing management software
 

Nice to Have Skills:

Knowledge of Texas Medicaid programs
Experience with the Project Enrollment and Management Systems (PEMS) project
