Role: Senior AI-ML Product Manager
Location: Plano Tx

Work with business stakeholders to identify whitespaces , opportunities to solve problems using AI-ML.
Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and road map for AI/ML and data science CRM solutions, focusing on frontline agent experiences and customer satisfaction.
Create business case, Prioritization & ranking of the solutions in accordance with business priorities.
Building consensus with customer SPOCs on business case, prepare defense, work as customer advocate to facilitate use case realization
Organize SMEs from business, data scientists, data engineers and software engineers to create shared goals.
Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product improvement and growth.
Be the Prime for Delivery of AI use cases identified for realization
Willing to roll up sleeves to work with Data scientists, engineers during Delivery phase
Prime for use case acceptance and revenue recognition
Prior experience of working in a Telco setting
Solid Technical Experience in
Building large scale ML models running on hyperscalers
Strong understanding of Databricks, ML Flow, and H2O ML Ops, and their application in CRM use cases.
MLOps, CI-CD best practices
Data Architectures supporting ML solutions
Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, Computer Vision, Statistical techniques for AI – Building, scaling, and optimizing enterprise-grade Machine Learning systems, using frameworks such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Spark
Soft skills
Exceptional communication skills (written/verbal)
Be able to face and present to a CXO audience
Able to crystallize thoughts into pitch decks
Good with numbers
Good presentation skills

Prior experience of working in a fast paced environment with limited supervision
