This individual will play a critical role in leading the technical development of innovative AI systems, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior engineers. As a key member of our organization, you will have the autonomy to drive projects from inception to completion, contributing your expertise in agent-based models and advanced AI techniques to achieve our strategic goals.
*Responsibilities:*
– *Lead the Design and Development of AI Solutions:* Architect, design, and implement AI-driven solutions, with a focus on agent-based workflows, to address complex business problems.
– *Technical Ownership:* Assume full technical responsibility for projects, driving best practices, maintaining high-quality code, and ensuring the successful deployment of scalable, maintainable AI systems.
– *Collaboration & Communication:* Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and data science teams to align AI initiatives with business objectives. Clearly articulate project progress, challenges, and roadmaps to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
– *Mentorship & Team Development:* Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. Provide technical guidance and support to help them grow in AI skills and problem-solving capabilities.
– *Innovation & Research:* Stay current with industry advancements and emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and agent-based models. Apply this knowledge to continually improve existing AI systems and explore new opportunities.
– *Documentation & Reporting:* Produce clear, comprehensive documentation for AI systems and workflows, ensuring transparency and knowledge continuity within the team.
