**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in Core Java and Selenium. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test framework development and test solutions, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products. This role requires a deep understanding of Core Java concepts, automation tools, and best practices, along with an understanding of software testing methodologies. Candidates with a strong Java development background and basic testing skills are also encouraged to apply.
**Must-Have Skills:**
– **Programming Skills:** Strong proficiency in Core Java, including Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, Exception handling, Collections framework, Multithreading and concurrency, and Reflections.
– **Testing Skills:** Extensive experience in developing and maintaining test automation frameworks using Selenium. Experience in automation of Web, Mobile & API. Good knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
**Good-to-Have Skills:**
– Experience with other test automation tools such as Appium, Javascript, Groovy, or JUnit.
– Experience with cloud-based testing platforms and services.
– Understanding of Agile and DevOps practices.
**Soft Skills:**
– Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills with geographically dispersed teams.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
