Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate and implement Agile methodologies in our team. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure Scrum principles and practices are followed.

Key Responsibilities

1. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospective

2. Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and Scrum framework

3. Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder team progress

4. Ensure Scrum process is followed and team is working efficiently

5. Collaborate with Product Owner to prioritize backlog and ensure clear requirements

6. Monitor team velocity and suggest improvements

7. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning

Requirements

1. Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile coach

2. Strong understanding of Scrum framework and Agile principles

3. Excellent communication and facilitation skills

4. Ability to work with cross-functional teams

5. Strong problem-solving skills and conflict resolution

Nice to Have

1. Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)

2. Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana

3. Knowledge of Lean and Kanban principles
