Primary Skills
Life Science domain exp is mandatory.
• We need scrum masters with minimum of 10 years of IT experience (4 yrs relevant experience) who has experience in conducting scrum calls, participating in PI meeting, working with stake holders, manage the risk and dependency, work with multiple stake holders/backend team/other ARTs, help and solve the queries of the scrum team members.
• Experience in Managing Finance and Risk related projects
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies (planning sessions, stand ups, retrospectives, demos etc…)
• Support and guide the Product Owner in necessary Scrum functions such as story grooming and maintaining the product backlog
• Own estimation, forecasting, outward coordination and communication on behalf of your team
• Define product and release cycles (Release Vision, Release Scope and Boundaries, Release Planning)
• Align team sprint cycles within that plan with a shared view (Sprint Planning, Develop & Test, Review & Adapt)
• Should have experience in updating status to senior management/business Prepare and Manage Project budget plans and progress reports.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques Escalation Management is must Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Secondary Skills
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Required.
• Very strong communication and inter-personal skills Nice to have skills: PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification, Scaled Agile Framework
• Strong Knowledge of Jira and MPP is must Should have experience to manage multi location project teams
