Job Description
Lead cross-functional teams of architects, developers, and QA engineers through high-velocity sprints and complex backlog refinements.
Identify technical bottlenecks, mitigate post-deployment risks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement to deliver scalable Data Fabric solutions.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for a multi-tenant data platform.
Partner with architects and developers to resolve technical impediments and reduce post-deployment incidents. Manage complex dependencies across diverse segment teams to align tool development with broader modernization objectives.
Represent the team at Change Advisory Board (CAB) sessions, using automated Cucumber and Power BI validation logs to provide data-driven risk assessments that ensure successful Release Train deployments.
Define and enforce a rigorous Definition of Done that requires automated regression testing as a mandatory gate
