· 5 years of experience.
· Certified Scrum Master with experience supporting Agile teams and driving continuous improvement.
· Strong facilitator of Scrum ceremonies; removes blockers and improves delivery flow.
· Proficient with Jira/Confluence; experienced in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and team coordination.
· Effective communicator who bridges technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Basic understanding of software development concepts, APIs, cloud environments, and SDLC; able to collaborate closely with engineers and translate technical needs into actionable work.
