Must have: Candidate should have – Intune Cutover, Autopilot end-to-end process, IOS device enrollment experience, Microsoft 3
Job Description:
- Strong knowledge of Windows deployment and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshooting M365 issues, networking, management of printers.
- Create policy sets in Intune to install applications, and Autopilot process.
- Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
- Identify and register incidents, gathering the required information and reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with users, team members, and vendors.
- Ability to support remote users over phone and screenshare.
