Location: Cambridge, MA (Onsite)

JD:
Flexibility with night shifts and daily client interaction experience
· SAS – Understanding of SAS tool and access management via AWS Workspaces, SAS Studio transactions and server-related issues (SAS Admin).
· Linux & Unix knowledge – troubleshoot platform (in general)
· SAS Viya & Kubernetes experience
· Unix CLI – lookup user permissions in storage access, server monitoring.
· Pharma/Life sciences experience is a must
· SAS Admin Integration with AWS
· Understanding of AWS cloud to work with infrastructure team for server maintenance activities.
· Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
· Good knowledge of change management process
· SAS Application upgrade installation and hotfixes
· Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle/application support
· Good compliance & other documentations skills. · Able to communicate effectively to stakeholders · SAS Administration and ability to interpret/troubleshoot logs · SSL license certificate installation – annual · Flexible with shifts and ready to work on some weekends for few hours as per client requirements for patching activities as and when required
