Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
Duration: 6 months, long term opportunity
Location: Hybrid(NY)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of HR processes and hands-on experience in one or more SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning Management, Performance & Goals, Compensation, or Succession & Development.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules based on client requirements.
Participate in all phases of project implementation including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Perform system administration, data management, and ensure data integrity across modules.
Develop reports and dashboards using SuccessFactors reporting tools.
Provide end-user training and ongoing functional support.
Work with SAP and vendor support teams for issue resolution and upgrades.
Prepare system documentation, functional specs, and configuration guides.
Required Skills & Experience:
8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support.
Expertise in at least one of the following modules:
· Employee Central (EC)
· Recruiting Management / Onboarding
· Learning Management System (LMS)
· Performance & Goals
· Compensation
· Succession & Development
Strong understanding of HR business processes and workflows.
Experience with integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM or other third-party systems (via APIs, CPI, Dell Boomi, etc.).
Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within timelines.
Excellent communication, client-facing, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP SuccessFactors Certification(s) in one or more modules.
Experience with Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or SAP HCM integration.
Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) tools.
Exposure to SF Reporting / Workforce Analytics (WFA).
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred.
