Position: SAP SD, CS (Customer Service) & SM (Service Management) Consultant

Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite)

Employment Type: Contract

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

Must have 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP CS / SM and SD.
Strong ability to configure SAP CS/SM and SD, including:

Equipment
Install Base
Asset Management

Experience with SAP SD user exits related to:

Sales Orders
Delivery
Billing

Proven experience in configuring and delivering SAP solutions involving:

Service Contracts
Warranties
Notifications
Repair Orders
Service Orders

Experience working with Inventory Management.
Hands-on experience with:

Equipment functionality
Serialization
Task Lists
SAP Installed Base

Ability to write functional and technical specifications for ABAP custom programs.
Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business users.
