Key Qualifications

• Hands-on functional design and configuration experience, including detailed specifications for user exits, utilities, interfaces, reports, etc.
• Knowledge and experience of SAP Sales and Distribution functionality throughout the order to cash process
• Ability to drive designs that balance business efficiency, system performance, security and compliance.
• Experience working distributed organizations dealing with resources from different time zones
• Able to deliver quality solutions within scope and timeline in an environment with high expectations and challenging timelines
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt new concepts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Capable to successfully deal with intangibles and ambiguities

Description

The successful candidate will work closely with Siemens Healthineers business and technical teams across regions, as well as external business partners and other 3rd parties. The role includes responsibility for all aspects of a project including: Supporting the business during requirements gathering to understand the needs of the project. Performing functional gap analysis and ensuring project scope is clearly defined. Helping to define project plans, deliverables, dependencies and risks. Producing functional specifications and co-ordinating with technical teams on the development. Developing presentations to document the solution for design reviews and business playbacks. Supporting technical teams in designing and executing performance tests. Ensuring adequate test cycles are defined and executed to support a smooth production launch. Status reporting within the team and upwards to management groups throughout the project lifecycle. Co-ordinating cutover and implementation activities across multiple teams, both business and technical. Tracking issues and working on scope of changes during warranty support to ensure a successful handover to the production support team.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Information management or equivalent

Additional Requirements

• SAP Variant Configuration, S/4 HANA, Cloud Technologies, BTP are a plus
• Retail store operations and customer fulfillment are a plus
