Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager with Implementation expertise in SAP S/4 HANA to join our IT PMO team.
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and delivering SAP S/4 HANA project implementation from initiation to completion, ensuring it is executed on time, within scope, and meet the quality standards set by our organization and clients.
The Project Manager will act as the central point of communication between stakeholders, technical teams, and the PMO, ensuring the project is executed efficiently and effectively meeting business goals and stakeholder needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to manage large, complex SAP projects within a PMO framework.
- Prior experience working as a Project Manager within a PMO function managing large-scale ERP transformations.
- Proven experience in managing at least one large SAP HANA implementation or projects involving verticals HR, Finance, Budget, Procurement etc.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HANA architecture, database systems, integrations, data conversion and cloud solutions.
- Solid understanding of SAP HANA and Ariba modules, including integration with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and other enterprise applications.
- Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate, Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong Stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
