SAP QA Lead
Location: San Francisco, CA
This role requires expertise in QA methodologies, test planning, test automation practices, and project management frameworks, along with excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Define, implement, and maintain QA standards, processes, and best practices aligned with industry frameworks (e.g., ISTQB, CMMI, ISO).
Own the QA strategy, test governance, and quality KPIs for all projects.
Establish and maintain comprehensive test documentation including test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across QA processes and tools.
Manage QA projects end-to-end, including scoping, planning, budgeting, and execution.
Develop detailed project plans with timelines, resources, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.
