• Lead end-to-end SAP project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Manage SAP initiatives across functional areas (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Order-to-Cash, etc., as applicable)
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for SAP project outcomes
• Drive project governance, risk management, issue resolution, and dependency tracking
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather and validate functional requirements
• Coordinate across SAP functional teams, technical teams, and system integrators
• Manage vendors, offshore/onshore teams, timelines, scope, and budgets
• Ensure alignment with clients enterprise standards, compliance, and change management processes
• Provide regular status reporting to leadership and executive stakeholders
• Support SAP transformations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
• PMP Certification
• Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager in large enterprise environments
• Strong functional SAP understanding (hands-on configuration not required)
• Experience managing multi-stream SAP projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Demonstrated stability and tenure in previous roles
