Responsibilities
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM: P2P, PR/PO, GR/IR, LIV, Pricing, Inventory Management
• Good working knowledge of SAP Ariba: Guided Buying, Buying & Invoicing, Catalogs, Approvals, Ariba Supplier Lifecycle Performance, Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration
• Experience with Ariba Integration (CIG)
• Full understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process end-to-end
• Ability to handle system configuration, basic troubleshooting and creation of functional documentation
Role responsibilities:
• Configure and support SAP MM modules: PR/PO, Pricing, Release Strategy, Inventory Management, Vendor & Material Master, LIV (MIRO)
• Manage procurement processes including Subcontracting, Consignment and Service Procurement
• Implement and support SAP Ariba modules: Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Contracts, Ariba SLP
• Configure Ariba workflows, catalogs, approval rules and templates
• Resolve SAP–Ariba integration issues (CIG)
• Prepare BRDs/FSDs, test scripts, and support UAT and Go-Live activities
• Work closely with business users, procurement teams and suppliers to gather requirements and provide production support
