Title : SAP Hana Basic Cfin Consultant

Location : Remote(San Ramon)

Technical requirements (60-70%)

3-5 years’ experience in configuration, set up andtroubleshooting of SAP ECC/CFin S4 environments Working knowledge on the technologiesassociated with FIN eg SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT), Master Data

Governance (MDG), Data Services/InformaticSteward (DS/IS). and SolutionManager/ChaRM
Experience on environment strategy and planning
Has a breadth of knowledge on environment connection, security integrations and dependencies To a certain extent, helps troubleshoot existing issues in Projects environments where necessary
Establishes standards/guard rails on CFin S/4,by Projects (in partnership with Core SOs/POs)
Ensures Projects Testing Cycles cover and align with environment reliability/sustainability
Experience knowledge on interpreting and implementing SAP Notes including environment vulnerabilities and compatibility
Has a long-term view of environment sustenance for the Fin environments as we execute roadmap projects for CFin

Leadership requirements (30-40%)

Partners with the Projects team on end-to-end
environment/connection/security requirements gathering in all
stages of the projects
Translates and aligns these requirements from multiple projects and identifies critical dependencies that will be worked on by the Core teams (Perf Mgt, D&I, Security, Devops) in relation to Production standard Manager/ChaRM
Experience on environment strategy and planning

Engages with the Projects team to understand the Project stiming requirements in relation to Production/Baseline activities and plans to anticipate and synchronize these activities accordingly. Includes upgrades/SP applications, refreshes, etc
Collaborates with stakeholders within Fin Program (APM. refreshes, etc
Collaborates with stakeholders within Fin Program (APM Dev teams, Vendors) and Core (POs, SMs) on critical communications involving blockers/issues and escalatic
Closely works with POs/RTE/SMs in Core to align the requirements in the PI planning/sprint planning
