Job Title: SAP Fieldglass Integration Expert

Location: Onsite at Dallas, TX

Position Type: Contract

Note: Need minimum of 14+ years of SAP Experience

Key Responsibilities:

·         Design, configure, and manage integrations between SAP Fieldglass and enterprise systems such as:

·         SAP S/4HANA / ECC (Finance, Procurement)

·         SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Master Data, Position Management)

·         Payroll, Vendor Management, and third-party applications

·         Implement and maintain integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP PI/PO, or other middleware (Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.)

· Develop and maintain API-based (REST/SOAP) and file-based (CSV/XML) integrations

·         Map data flows, transform data, and ensure accurate synchronization across systems

·         Collaborate with functional teams (HR, Procurement, Finance) to gather requirements and ensure alignment of integrations with business processes

·         Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot errors, and implement improvements

·         Prepare technical documentation including integration design documents, mapping sheets, test scripts, and user guides

·         Support unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT)

·         Ensure integrations comply with data security, GDPR, and audit requirements

·         Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement for integration solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

·         4–8 years of experience in SAP integration projects, preferably with SAP Fieldglass

·         Strong knowledge of SAP Fieldglass modules and configuration

·         Experience with SAP CPI / Integration Suite, SAP PI/PO, or equivalent middleware tools

·         Proficiency in APIs (REST/SOAP), IDocs, OData, XML, CSV, JSON for data exchange

·         Understanding of HR, Finance, and Procurement business processes

·         Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

·         Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams

· Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic project environments
