Our client is looking SAP FICO Lead for Long Term project in Rahway, NJ (Hybrid) below is the detailed requirements.

Job description:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or equivalent, with 12+ years of relevant hands-on working knowledge on the following.
· Must Have Strong Experience as a Solution Architect designing and supporting SAP FICO/PS &Tax (OneSource) applications.
· The SAP FICO Lead will provide SAP support and deployment activities to the business and will be a key contributor to IT FICO, PS and Tax configuration team.
· This person will be an expert in the SAP SCM, P2P and O2C scenarios from FICO integration stand.
· Support Design and Architecture for Finance and Controlling and PS solutions.
· The Solution Architect is the key contributor in defining solution strategy and design principles and ensuring the alignment between the business needs and technical solutions.
· The job requires a thorough understanding of end-to-end manufacturing process, Controlling Allocations, product costing scenarios (e.g., Make-to-Order, Make-to-Stock, Production Order Target Costing and Production Variances analysis, Repetitive Manufacturing with Material Ledger and Actual Costing), Project Systems (Capex and Revenue Projects) and SAP CO configuration.
· This person will have a detailed level of functional and technical knowledge of Controlling (CO) module and integration with Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), Order to Cash (OTC), Project Systems (PS) and Profitability Analysis (COPA).
· Demonstrate and explain Profit Centre/Material Ledger Transfer Pricing, Material Ledger Actual Costing and Parallel valuations of Inventory functions.
· Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
· Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings
