Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Consultant to deliver innovative and scalable finance solutions for multinational enterprises. The role involves end-to-end ownership of SAP Finance and Controlling implementations, including business consulting, process design, system configuration, and post-go-live support. The consultant will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimize financial operations through SAP best practices and S/4HANA capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver end-to-end SAP FICO solutions including business process design, application design, system integration, and deployment
Lead finance transformation initiatives supporting global and multi-national finance organizations
Design, configure, and support SAP modules including:
Controlling Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
Product Costing (Product Cost Planning & Cost Object Controlling)
Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
Material Ledger
Project Systems (PS)
Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL)
Cash Operations and Treasury Management
Manage full SAP implementation lifecycle:
Business strategy alignment
Business process definition
System configuration and unit testing
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support
Transport management and production deployment
End-user training and post-go-live support
Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules including FI, PP, PS, MM, and SD
Provide ongoing optimization, issue resolution, and enhancements post go-live
Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by translating business requirements into effective SAP solutions
Required Technical & Professional Expertise
1215 years of in-depth SAP FICO consulting and implementation experience
3+ years of strong hands-on experience in SAP Controlling Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
3+ years of in-depth experience in SAP Product Costing, including:
Product Cost by Period
Product Cost by Order
Product Cost by Sales Order
12 years of hands-on experience in SAP Project Systems (PS), including Network Activities (NWA)
23 years of practical SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration experience
Strong understanding of SAP finance business processes and cross-module integrations
Proven experience in client-facing consulting roles with strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with global rollouts and multi-currency, multi-entity environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote delivery model
SAP FICO or S/4HANA Finance certification (preferred)
