Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP Developer with EWM S/4HANA skilles to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions within the S/4HANA environment. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to ensure seamless integration and performance of warehouse management solutions.
• ABAP Experience: Minimum 8-12 years of experience in SAP ABAP development with a strong focus on SAP EWM.
• SAP EWM Implementation Experience: SAP EWM S/4HANA architecture and implementation experience.
• Technical Expertise: Strong experience with SAP EWM processes and extensions, particularly EWM Post Processing Framework (PPF)
• Strong knowledge of SAP EWM architecture, SAP ABAP S/4 HANA, Fiori, CDS views, AMDP, OData Services, API’s, Enhancements, BADI, IDOCs, Adobe Forms, BRF+, DRF, RF Enhancement, WCS integration, SAP BTP, clean core principles.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA EWM architecture, ABAP and SAP Fiori/UI5 development.
• Integration Skills: Strong Integration Experience with other SAP ECC, SAP S/4 EWM and other middleware tools.
• Innovative Thinking: Ability to recommend and implement innovative solutions to optimize warehouse processes.
• Communication Skills: Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Generic Managerial Skills:
• Technical Implementation: Lead end-to-end technical implementation, customization, and enhancement within SAP EWM.
• Integration: Design and implement integrations between SAP EWM and other SAP or third-party systems including Material Flow Systems, WCS, WES and XPS (or transportation)
• Consultation & Strategy: Collaborate with business stakeholders to advise on technical feasibility, innovations, and process improvements.
• Data Migration: Provide advisory to data migration and interface development team.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide technical team members, coordinate with functional consultants, and manage technical resources.
• Documentation: Ensure documentation, methodology adherence, and compliance with industry standards.
