Role Overview:
The SAP aATP Lead will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing Advanced Available-to-Promise functionalities within SAP S/4HANA. This role requires strong expertise in order fulfillment processes, backorder processing, and allocation management, ensuring seamless integration with Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Production Planning (PP) modules. The position involves working closely with client stakeholders onsite to deliver high-quality solutions and drive supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Solution Design & Configuration
o Lead the design and configuration of SAP aATP functionalities, including product availability checks, backorder processing (BOP), and allocation management.
o Integrate aATP with SD, MM, PP, and EWM for end-to-end supply chain visibility.
o Customize dynamic ATP checks and product allocation strategies for critical orders.
• Implementation & Deployment
o Conduct workshops to gather requirements and finalize key design decisions.
o Perform system configuration, testing (UT, SIT, UAT), and support data migration.
o Ensure smooth execution of BOP runs and optimal stock reallocation.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization
o Analyze and resolve order rescheduling, confirmations, and fulfillment delays.
o Debug ATP-related transactions using Fiori apps, logs, and backend tables.
o Address master data inconsistencies impacting ATP checks (Material Master, Customer Master, BOM).
• Stakeholder Engagement
o Collaborate with client teams and cross-functional stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
o Provide training and knowledge transfer to business users and support teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience:
o 8–12 years of SAP functional experience, with at least 3–4 years in SAP aATP and SD.
o Minimum 2 end-to-end S/4HANA implementation projects involving aATP.
• Technical Expertise:
o Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA aATP functionalities, including BOP and allocation management.
o Familiarity with integration points across SD, MM, PP, and EWM.
o Hands-on experience with Fiori apps and debugging tools.
• Soft Skills:
o Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
o Ability to work independently and lead onsite engagements.
• Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
o SAP certification in SD or aATP preferred.
