Position: BRIM BA – Service Management (ECC/SFDC)
Location: San Diego, CA (REMOTE/HYBRID)
Duration: 6-12 Months Contract
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Have 6+ years of experience as a business analyst/Functional consultant in SAP Customer Service, Service management, plant maintenance, SFDC service management and operations ( Work order, depot, repair process).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Collect and review the detailed business specifications with internal customers and the Product Owners.
- Analyze business needs and design, configure, and implement SAP solutions to improve service delivery and align with business goals.
- Have good understanding of SFDC service processes for Work order and its integration with service financial operations in ECC system (Service orders/Notifications/confirmation/ Goods issue and DMR process). Should be able to do requirement gathering around these areas.
- Based on high level business requirements around service management, design and propose solutions to manage the requirements with out of box capabilities of SFDC, BRIM and S/4 platform.
- Define functional requirements for service management and service delivery using OOB capabilities whenever possible
- At least worked on 1-2 projects in SAP Customer Service, SFDC service, Plant maintenance and service management area.
- Have knowledge of system architecture of service operation and service delivery process in SFDC and SAP.
- Validate the detailed outcomes of the service management changes with Product Owners, Solution Architect, peer Business Analysts and functional/Technical team to ensure everything is as per user agreed requirement specifications.
- Validate the detailed outcomes of the S/4 Hana BRIM solution and its integration with SFDC (Service operations and works order process) after the change, with customers to ensure that the proposed solution meets their expectations.
- Validate technical requirements during the design phase.
- Support technical development team during the software implementation.
- Help with data prep to support various testing phases, to support service management modules. This includes data prep in SFDC for workorder creation and Service financial data prep (Service order/notification/DMR etc.) in ECC or S/4 system.
- Support testing team to execute end to end functional /regression/performance tests across BRIM, ECC and SFDC components including own customization and software developments for service management.
- Coordinate user acceptance tests with the customer and testing team.
- Deliver ongoing support to business users, including training, to ensure effective utilization of SAP systems and service management tools
