Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAN/NAS Storage Administrator to support, maintain, and optimize enterprise storage infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Storage Area Network (SAN) and Network Attached Storage (NAS) environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and data protection across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Administer and manage enterprise SAN and NAS storage systems.
• Perform storage provisioning, configuration, zoning, and LUN management.
• Monitor storage performance, capacity planning, and optimization.
• Troubleshoot storage-related issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Implement and support backup, replication, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Work closely with server, virtualization, and network teams.
• Support VMware/Hyper-V environments with storage integration.
• Perform firmware upgrades and patching for storage devices.
• Maintain documentation for storage architecture and processes.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3–8+ years of experience in SAN/NAS administration.
• Strong experience with storage technologies (NetApp, EMC, HPE, IBM, or similar).
• Experience with Fibre Channel (FC), iSCSI, NFS, and CIFS protocols.
• Knowledge of RAID configurations and storage performance tuning.
• Experience supporting VMware or other virtualization platforms.
• Familiarity with backup solutions (Commvault, Veeam, NetBackup, etc.).
• Understanding of high availability and disaster recovery concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in enterprise or healthcare environments.
• Storage certifications (NetApp, Dell EMC, etc.) are a plus.
• Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Bash) is an advantage.
• Experience with cloud storage integration (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
