Roles and Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead a large-scale migration from Microsoft Dynamics/Dataverse to the Salesforce platform. This role will be responsible for designing the end to end data migration strategy, integration architecture, and overall technical blueprint for a complex, high-volume CRM environment within the hospitality/gaming domain.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead CRM migration architecture from Dynamics/Dataverse to Salesforce (Sales, Service, Marketing, Data Cloud).
· Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, architecture and working knowledge
· Align Salesforce objects (standard & custom) to current business processes and customizations.
· Provide technical leadership for developers, data engineers, and integration specialists.
· Ensure security, PII compliance, and data governance throughout the migration.
· Develop cutover plans, delta migration approach, validation, and rollback strategies.
Required Experience
· 8+ years in enterprise CRM/data architecture, with hands-on migration experience from Dynamics → Salesforce.
· Knowledge of Dataverse, Salesforce data model, Bulk API v2, and large-volume migration patterns.
· Strong expertise in MuleSoft or similar iPaaS platforms.
· Experience with Azure data pipelines (ADF, Databricks) or equivalent.
· Proven ability to lead architecture for large data sets (1TB+) and complex integrations.
· Familiarity with hospitality/gaming, loyalty, or multi-property customer engagement is a plus.
