Job Description:
Looking for a Salesforce Architect to work with the internal development team to create a custom-built connector for the Client’s Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Finesse, and Salesforce environments. Client is looking to replace an existing connector between their existing SalesForce.com platform and their existing CUCM and Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise which currently leverages a retail connector that allows their Cisco users to work fully within the Salesforce wrapper and links data between their Salesforce environment and these various Cisco components.
Required Skills:
· Must have strong telephony and calling application experience, not just general Salesforce architecture skills
· Open CTI capabilities
