Role: Salesforce Solution Architect/Product Owner
Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Solution Architect Product Owner to lead the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions. This hybrid role combines strategic ownership of the Salesforce roadmap with hands-on architecture and implementation responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the Salesforce product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product backlog.
- Provide architectural guidance across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and performance within the Salesforce platform.
- Oversee development, testing, and deployment processes.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and innovations to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including architecture and product ownership.
- Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
