Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, resources, deliverables, and budgets.
- Lead and manage multiple Salesforce delivery projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and adjust plans as necessary to achieve milestone success.
- Facilitate collaboration with application, architecture, infrastructure, and integration teams to plan releases, track critical items, and resolve roadblocks.
- Contribute to the analysis of business requirements and help formalize their technical translation.
- Coordinate internal IT teams, managed service providers, and external consultants to ensure cohesive execution.
- Oversee ServiceNow integration or workflow connections supporting business processes.
- Collaborate with Global, Zone, and Americas stakeholders to ensure project alignment, visibility, and adoption of standardized processes.
- Prepare, deliver, and communicate regular project status reports and executive summaries.
- Manage change control processes: document change requests, assess impacts, escalate decisions as needed, and execute approved changes.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and deployment readiness across business teams.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Services, Business, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 6–9 years of progressive IT project management experience, ideally leading Salesforce implementations in a global environment.
- Experience working within enterprise-scale, cross-functional IT organizations.
- ServiceNow (SNOW) experience required (project tracking, ITSM workflows, or integrations).
- Familiarity with SAP systems and Salesforce–SAP integration preferred.
- Expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for reporting and presentation.
- Proven ability to deliver large-scale IT projects on time and within budget.
- Certifications such as PMP®, CSM®, PSM®, or PMI-ACP® strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with senior management, B2B Sales leaders, and external partners.
